Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • During product launches, restocks, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Orders placed after [cutoff time, e.g., 2PM EST] will be processed the following business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and import taxes.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Packages returned due to insufficient or incorrect address details.

If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Last Destruction is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  3. Contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect address information

However, we will always work with you to resolve any shipping issues.
